Well, this is what I do.

You'll need to download BitTorrent and CDisplay.

Google those two programs first and download them into your computer.

OK, now download this torrent to BitTorrent
Once it's done right click on the file (in BitTorrent) then left click on 'open containing folder'

You should now see the files. I always check the files first with a virus checker then...

Open with CDisplay

Voila.
